This draft privacy policy describes how VisionLabs collects and uses account, campaign, billing, and communication data. Adam must replace this document with counsel-reviewed copy before production launch.
Information we collect
- Account email, name, and role (creator or developer)
- Creator profile details including country, social handles, and payout email
- Campaign, application, and submission data you provide
- Billing status from Stripe and webhook metadata
- Security signals such as Cloudflare Turnstile verification results
Processors
VisionLabs uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for subscriptions, and Resend for transactional email. Each processor must be covered in the final policy.
